What we do

Out, across, and back up

Most of our work is industrial — manufacturers, machine shops, and warehouses with something heavy that has to come out, go somewhere else, or get put back together properly.

Row of industrial ovens being decommissioned in a plant

Removal & decommissioning

If it's bolted down, wired in, or holding up a floor, we can get it out. Machines, ovens, cranes, conveyors, racking, mezzanines.

  • Machinery decommissioning
  • Structural takedown
  • Building cleanouts
  • Scrap handling and disposal

Moving & transport

One machine across the floor, or a whole plant across the state. We plan the move around your production schedule, not ours.

  • In-plant moves and full relocations
  • Oversized and over-length loads
  • Auction pickups
  • Skidding, crating, load and unload
  • Short and long-term storage

Installation & millwright

Setting it down is the easy half. Level, anchored and square is the part that decides whether it runs right.

  • Machine setting and levelling
  • Anchor bolts and baseplates
  • Bridge cranes and jib cranes
  • Conveyor installation
Pallet racking reinstalled in a warehouse

Warehouse & storage systems

Pallet rack, shelving, mezzanines and caging. We lay it out, install it, repair it, or pull it down and put it back somewhere else.

  • Rack design and layout
  • Rack and shelving installation
  • Repair and upright replacement
  • Mezzanine decking and guardrail
  • Tool crib caging and partitions
  • Dock equipment
Two things worth knowing

Before you budget the job

We're an approved auction rigger

We're on the approved rigger list for many area auctions. Win the lot and we'll handle the teardown, the loading, and getting it to wherever it's going — without you finding a rigger at short notice.

Removal doesn't have to cost you

We buy surplus equipment outright, or discount its value against the cost of taking it out. Before you write a cheque to have something removed, it's worth asking what it's worth.

What we'll need to know

  1. What it isMake and model if you have it, otherwise a description.
  2. Roughly what it weighsA guess is fine. Nameplate weight if it's on there.
  3. Coming out, going in, or bothAnd where it's going if it's moving.
  4. How it gets in and outLoading dock? Stairs? How wide is the doorway? This is the part that decides the price.
  5. When you need it doneAnd whether production is stopped until it is.
  6. PhotosOne of the equipment, one of the space it has to fit through. Answers half our questions on its own.
